SoloContemporaneo has initiated its activites in 2015, as an evolution from the editorial experiences of Spazi dell' Arte Contemporanea magazine. It has become a cultural space that promotes and supports the career of the artists through its gallery, online platforms, special issues dedicated to a particular city, collaborations with contemporary arts specialists and institutions, and special presentations in diverse formats. We pay special attention to actions that build bridges between Europe and the Americas. We have the privilege of counting with the collaboration of several active professionals in the arts, like Francine Birbragher - PhD in visual arts and  curator, also former Editor of ArtNexus magazine -, Carol Damian, Art historian specialized in Latin American art and former Director of Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum di Miami, Angel Samblancat, former director of Polígrafa Obra Gráfica from Barcelona, Antonio Fernández Ferrer, professor of Universidad de Alcalá specialized in literautre, cinema and visual arts, Corey Brennan, former Professor of Humanities at The American Academy in Rome and actually Professor at Rutgers University, and  Alicia Candiani  founder and Director of Proyecto Ace, an international art  residence program and foundation based in Buenos Aires. SoloContemporaneo gallery projects  usually gets  involved in  different locations through Europe and Latin America, in order to collaborate with other actors and institutions  in several international  shows and cultural events.
